Outdoor Mothers Day Mini Photo Session Chico California - Little Brandt

This past weekend, I photographed a handful of Motherhood photography session here in Chico. This was one of the session I’ve done in the past few weeks. I plan on offering these motherhood session in the future because they were so fun. Beyond the joy I felt, I truly feel these sessions are so important to have captured. As momma’s we are often the ones behind the camera capturing the moments of our children. We often forget to get in front of the camera and be IN the photos with our kiddos.

I met Kasey and Kayla in Upper Bidwell Park here in Chico for their maternity photo session. We started the photos session in one of my favorite locations in the park and then ended in a new spot I found along the creek. We had the whole place to ourselves!

4th of July Mendocino Coast Get-Away

Better late than never for this 4th of July Mendocino vacation trip. We booked this trip 10 months in advance knowing that places might book up quickly with the holiday weekend and we got the perfect house off AirBNB.

Summer Chico Maternity Photographer - Merlette Baby Boy

Baby boy Merlette will be here before we know and I’m so excited for Scott and Bonnie to meet him! His arrival is greatly anticipated and I know will forever change these two for the better. It is hard to put into words what happens when a parent experiences holding their baby for the first time. It is a love like no other. From one parent to another, I cannot wait for these two to experience that joy.
