Northern California Winter Outdoor Maternity Session - Comer Family

Patrick and Annie are expecting their baby boy any-day now and I can’t wait to see them again.

It is always such a pleasure meeting people for a maternity session and then months or weeks later seeing them with a beautiful baby in their arms for their lifestyle newborn session. We hiked all throughout Bidwell Park and had the most amazing sunny weather for their session. The tall golden green grass in the Spring here in Chico is breathtaking!

For maternity photos, I recommend scheduling those sessions when moms are between their 28-30 week mark. That timeframe is flexible but I find that momma’s are showing but not too close to the end of their pregnancy. Just a little helpful tip for you mommas who are trying to plan for your maternity session :)
