NORTHERN CALIFORNIA NEWBORN LIFESTYLE PHOTOS - BABY ABIGAIL
We are so excited to share with you Baby Abigail's newborn lifestyle session. Brian and Kaela are a past TréCreative couple and we were thrilled when they reached out for newborn photos!
Stephan and I first met Kaela while working our college summers at Mount Hermon in the Santa Cruz mountains. Kaela became one of my closest friends and I loved her joy and authenticity she would share with me. Fast forward after camp life, I soon found out Kaela had met Brian and we kept hearing nothing but amazing things about him. We soon heard that these two were engaged and I couldn't have been happier for them. During their engagement and wedding, we got to know Brian and Kaela together and it doesn't take long before you see what a perfect pair these two are.
Several years after the wedding, we soon heard they were expecting a baby girl. We met Brian and Kaela in their beautiful home in San Jose for baby Abigail's first photo session. One of our favorite rooms we spent time in together was the nursery. Both Brian and Kaela had spent hours painting, decorating and dreaming of holding their little girl in her very own room. That dream is now a reality. We love how lifestyle sessions allow us to photograph our families in the comfort of their homes, the same places they bring their babies home to and share memories in.
We're honored that Brian and Kaela thought of us for their newborn photos. Our heart's desire is to empower marriages through our photography and after being in the wedding industry for six years, we quickly learned that the legacy we want our images to stand for doesn't just start and end on a wedding day. That's really just the beginning and families and newborns are a part of the amazing legacy that our couples love to capture through photography. For lifestyle sessions, we offer in-home sessions captured in our client’s very own spaces. This makes it more personalized and meaningful for families who want to capture the legacy of where they raised their little ones. We use medium format film for these sessions as it forces us to slow down and create a pace that is much more suitable for young families. These sessions are relaxed and candid, and shooting them on film just fits perfectly into that mold.
Enjoy some of our favorites from their Northern California newborn lifestyle photo session.
